The amazing folks at PUMA had invited me to attend the launch of PUMA Blaze of Glory SS16. The electrifying party hosted by PUMA exhibited the latest range of Blaze sneakers with shoe-fie stations for guests to snap happy memories of the Blaze collection. The evening hosted a good mingle of sneaker aficionados, celebrities and media who had a great time admiring the premiere launch of Blaze collection.
We were treated to an artistic photo exhibition containing a kaleidoscope of perspectives. Photographers namely Marc Tan, Lenne Chai and Ng Wei Jiang, and budding street photographers Thaddeus Lim and Aiksoon Lee captured their own refreshing appeal as to what Puma Blaze meant to them. Refreshed in a sleek silhouette PUMA Blaze was captured in city landscapes, within its effervescent fruity nature and essentially being used by a road warrior on his daily grind. We indulged in custom made Hennessy cocktails specially made for Puma Blaze’s event which tasted delightfully smooth and served to keep conversations fueled.
PUMA Blaze delves into the archives and roots of the Puma model Blaze of Glory that was established in the scene during the 1990s. Upon putting on the revised modern low-top sneaker silhouette, comfort levels could truly be sensed credited to PUMA’s trademark Trinomic technology cushions. Aesthetically pleasing, PUMA blaze comes in vibrant bright tones with modern houndstooth gauze on suede lining, and plastic rubber accents, not forgetting its contemporary update of streamlined eye-stays, light upper materials with excellent ventilation that wrap your foot like a cushioned glove and bold PUMA logo branding.
Give PUMA Blaze a day on your road trip, be it trail hiking to cross training Puma Blaze will take you there effortlessly in a Blaze of stylish street cred Glory!
The PUMA Blaze SS16 collection is now available at Manifesto, Leftfoot and Limited Edt stores. PUMA Blaze is priced between $169 and $179 a pair.
