Dear readers, I would like to bring your attention to an interesting local label called Chota at Iluma Bugis which has been around since 2009.
The direction of the Singapore based apparel company moves towards the word “Indefined”coined by the founder and designer Andrew Tay, which coveys the message having no fixed rules or direction for the designs, to allow for flexibility to accommodate trends.
Chota looks towards finding fashion trends that are not from the mainstream in Singapore, and seeks to suit fashionable designs to the Asian male silhouette.
Here are the latest July looks:
Woven tribal patterns sewn on clean cut shirts paired with distressed 3/4 shorts with a foldable check colour hem bottom.
3/4 pattern Enigma diamond motif t shirt paired with harem pants featuring integrated leggings.
A soft chambray material shirt married with a multi colour linen quilted patchwork design at the front.
Great for the cheerful summer months ahead!
A short sleeve denim hooded poncho which buttons all the way up!
Amazing design which just screams I want it now !
There are plenty of interesting accessories as well, from Fedora hats, wallets to even snakeskin embossed bags!
Check it out for yourself at Chota’s boutique: No. 201 Victoria Street #03-24A
