Lunch @ Les Amis

I had a wonderful 2-course set lunch (S$38) at Les Amis with Eugene.

They served a variety of freshly baked bread which include onion bread, raisin bread, sour dough walnut bread served with gourmet butter!

The service is excellent, impeccable and atas!

The first course was Amuse Bouche of Salmon on a crisp crepe with alfafa.

foie gras
We changed one of our starters to pan fried Foie Gras with red wine reduction. It was crisp and moist, absolutely decadent!

beef cheek
For main course, I had beef cheek with consomme with carrots and spinach mashed potato.

While Eugene had grilled atlantic salmon.

We ended the meal with gourmet coffee with 5 kinds of “snacks” which included macaroons.
