Dinner @ Kuishin Bo

This features the booked out SGT, who was dragged by Prince B to eat Kushin Bo at Suntec!

The food is consistently good, but not say fantastic. There is “wagyu beef”, “scallop ginseng porridge” and the all time favourite Japanese curry! However we agreed that GM(Chuan)’s cooking was much thicker and better with all the TLC(tender loving care) put into it! Miss your curry Mr GM! The fried rice featured sweet dried prawns which added a dimension to the otherwise boring fried rice. The tempura prawns were great so was the soft shell crab tempura. The Salmon Sashimi was fresh and sweet, though a greater variety would be preferable.

The Dong dong dong 123 Kushinbo soundtrack dish was a Clam drizzled in garlic sauce, quite nice, and a lousy strawberry crepe ozzing with fatty strawberry cream.

The last few pics depict the glommy yet arty farty chica weather of Singapore these days, where by weather should be sunny.
